The main organisation structure are the following:

• Functionnal structure: Base on main function, R&D, Marketing, financial, production. It is easy to set in place when the company is not too much diversified

• Divisional structure: depending on the geographical area, or different product families. It helps to adapt to the customer need, each division can have their independence  to the others, develop their market, innovation and have their own performance.

• Matricial organisation: when a company has multiple product, centers and geographical market, it helps to reinforce the collaboration, and to decide jointly. Decision can take more time, and their can be more conflict but often consensus are always found by setting strong procedure or validation.
